"Tell us more: Hi, I wonder if we can have a website showing internal openings. So that we know what roles are coming to our way, and when team members are getting a new role, we know the position would be filled, then we can look for other internal openings."
SIS Response:
"Management is aware of the problem and they are all working on applying proper organizational change management processes to execute changes properly. Recently, there was an OCM person hired and the team is working on the first rollout of a framework for all of us to communicate better. Please, continue sharing more feedback as it is very important for us to know real pain points of our team."
